HW Batley designed chair by Collinson & Lock

This chair was designed by HW Bately and it’s also pictured in 100 British chairs by Adam Bowett (The Crabtree Collection).

 It’s of museum standard with the original green velvet.

The black and white picture below was taken at the Philadelphia exhibition of 1876.
